Narayanan founded Pramaana to pursue his interests in Technology, Training and Coaching.

Narayanan has over 20 years experience in the Technology Management, Resource Management, Business turnaround, People development, Coaching and Offshore setup.

During the early years of his career he was responsible for Software development and Program management at Ramco Systems.  In 1997 he moved to the Silicon Valley to work for TekEdge (now Xoriant), an IT consulting organization. During his tenure at Tekedge, Narayanan was head of Resource Management, responsible for a 800+ consulting team with revenues of over $100M. He was also responsible for developing key accounts for Tekedge - Microsoft, Cisco, Brocade and also established the offshore delivery model. As Practice Director, he grew these accounts to a 40 strong team with revenues of $$6M.

In 2003, Narayanan moved to Chicago to work for Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he was responsible for Options Trading Engine development and implementing product development processes. As Director of Systems Certification, Narayanan headed a 75 member team, managing a staff, contractor and infrastructure budget of $20M.

In 2007 Narayanan moved back to California as Director of Akraya, a Technology Consulting Company. At Akraya, Narayanan was responsible for Resource Management, Recruiting, Consulting and offshore operations. He was part of the team that helped grow Akraya from $12M to $30M. Narayanan was also responsible for coaching and mentoring technology professionals and executives for consulting engagements.

In 2010 Narayanan founded Pramaana Inc, a Chicago based corporation to focus on Resource management, Coaching and Management consulting. Narayanan also helped establish offshore centres for consulting firms in Mumbai and Pune. While he has held several management positions and continues to do so, his heart is in mentoring, training, coaching and people development. During the last two decades he has been instrumental in coaching over 2000 technology professionals in the US as well as India.

Myndgenie’s coaching programs and Narayanan’s passion for mentoring and coaching came together in 2012 and Narayanan joined as the COO of Myndgenie in July 2012. Narayanan is responsible for Business Development, Technology, Finance, Operations and HR at Myndgenie.
